Unite Learning is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the educational advancement of technology in Africa. Using Nigeria as an example, the country’s educational system is based on colonial foundations and it does little or nothing to prepare students for real world challenges.

Nigeria like other African countries has a geriatric curriculum that is not relevant for today’s students and it is widely reported that most of the training programs are of low quality with inequalities and exclusions at all levels. By implementing Socratic teaching methods, our goal is to focus on underserved high school students by providing tools and training for functional software development skills acquisition.
